    We recommend reserving your truck at least 2–4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially during busy seasons or around major holidays. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on our schedule.

  • Do you provide content design for the screens?

    Yes. Our in-house design team can create custom graphics, videos, or slideshows tailored to your event or promotion. You’re also welcome to provide your own content files.

  • How big are the LED screens?

    Our trucks feature large, high-resolution LED panels that are visible day or night. Exact dimensions vary by truck model, but all units are designed for maximum visibility in both indoor and outdoor environments.

  • Is sound included with the display?

    Yes. Each truck is equipped with an onboard sound system. We can play music, narration, or audio synced with your visual content.

  • What about power? Do you need an outlet?

    No extra outlet is required. Our trucks are fully self-powered and can operate independently. For indoor events, we provide flexible power solutions as needed.

  • Do I need permits to use the truck?

    In most cases, no permit is required if the truck is parked on private property or used at an event with permission. If your display will be on public streets or high-traffic areas, we can help you navigate local requirements.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We’re based in Wading River, NY, and service events across New York City, Long Island, and surrounding regions. For bookings outside of this area, please contact us to discuss travel availability.
